Last Friday, August 22, singer Jenzen Guino released the official music video for his latest single entitled ‘Marupok’.
Featured artists in the video are two of the trending stars on social media today, Kapuso host-actress and ‘Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition’ alum Shuvee Etrata and model Anthony Constantino.
In the nearly four-minute-long clip, the two appeared to be workmates at a shoot at the start as they said the lines: “Kaya hindi kami marupok.”
After the scene, the two were separated by the staff members, but the chemistry between the two was not broken as they continued to remain in touch by sending each other heart-fluttering messages.
However, the ends with Anthony saying the line “kaya hindi ako marupok” alone as Shuvee was already packed up. However, it appeared that she was feeling kilig inside a dressing room, as her blurred image appears as to be excitedly reading messages from her phone.
‘Marupok’ was dropped by Guino on digital platforms last August 15, exactly a week prior to the MV’s upload, with the video having already gained more than 115,000 views as of writing.
The said video project also marked the first on-screen work of Shuvee and Anthony outside of their recurring stint on the GMA morning show ‘Unang Hirit’.
Meanwhile, Shuvee and Anthony have previously disclosed that their personal relationship is still in the courtship stage, although they have already met each other’s families.
